The ever increasing demand for Wireless communication has pushed us to explore all possible bands of frequency. As we are running short of frequency spectrum, the only way to allot new frequencies is going beyond sub-6 GHz band. The Key candidate to serve the requirement is mm wave offering high bandwidth. The efficient way of Transmission and reception in phased array antennas is Beam forming. Various optimization techniques such as AOA, TOA, POA and DOA are used in efficient beam forming. An overview of beam forming techniques in massive MIMO mm wave systems for 5G is done. Intelligent framework for beam forming is the current investigation.

The team also investigates Block chain over 5G. We try to address the security and privacy issues in IoT based wireless personal communication.
